The task is to bring the existing, newly designed brand to life and create a coherent and exciting visual appearance. From day-to-day items, like menus, coasters and stationery, to the more special print projects like wedding and Christmas brochures, advertising and menus for special events, this is an exciting and diverse ongoing project. It incorporates shops, offices and living spaces and is situated directly at a park with its 40m observation tower. Proud to have been working with this new brand on creating their logo. Noetic Bikeworks produces alloy machined parts for bicycles like seat clamps, axles and other components. The brief was to create a logo that works as a single colour so it can be etched into metal; the wordmark needed to be strong on its own and custom made; the graphic round to fit stem caps and parts with a hole in the middle etc The inspiration for the graphic came from crop circles and mazes but giving it an engineered feel with no defined top or bottom. It's probably been a year since I picked up a pen and did any kind of drawing or sketch just for fun. Life was somewhat falling apart at the time and later on another project, I had put my heart and creative energy in, didn't take off which left me completely deflated. Please read and share. 🙏 Update on the Horseshoe Pass and Llantysilio Fire. The moorland is still smouldering and there remains lots of deep ash and hot areas of ground. There are plans to reopen the main road, however the moorland is unsafe to cross and there have been incidents of both walkers and mountain bikers crossing the burn area whilst the fireman are working to control it. In order to address safety concerns it is now proposed to temporarily suspend the open access status of the whole common and close a number of bridleways and footpaths for a few days whilst the fire area is made safe. Can everyone please try to support our emergency services by not going onto the mountain for any reason until the area is declared safe. Please share this message.
